What has been already added and what to expect

Counter-Strike 2 features a range of skins inspired by Tarot cards. Coincidence? Definitely not. Whether it’s the AK-47 The Empress, M4A4 The Emperor, or MAG-7 Justice, each skin deserves a spot on the “Best CS2 Skins” list. But alongside the Tarot skins already in the game, there are others still lingering in the Workshop. Today, the CS.MONEY Blog shines a light on those.

The final raffle of our Battle Pass event is almost here! Soon, a knife and loads of awesome skins will find their new owners, but there’s still time for you to try your luck!

Tarot Skins in CS2

Before diving into the Workshop, let’s recap the Tarot-inspired skins from 2minds already in the game. Valve has added five of them:

Notice something? There are no low-tier skins here. All of these belong to the “red” (Covert) or “pink” (Classified) rarity categories—the highest in the game. Beyond their rarity, these skins are beloved by the community and often used as canvases for unique crafts.

While we’ve listed the five Tarot-style skins already in the game, let’s explore the top five skins still waiting for their turn in the Workshop!

Did you know there isn’t a single red-tier skin for the Negev? This one could be the first! Inspired by the Tarot card The Tower, this skin symbolizes sudden change and the breakdown of old structures. Its design features shades of blue with white, yellow, and red accents and, of course, a crumbling tower.

The MAC-10 The Star is styled in black and gold, with a central star whose rays stretch almost to the base of the magazine. The rear side, most visible to the player, features three smaller stars. In Tarot, The Star represents inspiration and hope—perfect for a second-round buy.

The Tarot card The Fool represents courage and stepping beyond the familiar—a perfect fit for the P90. This skin features a large depiction of a jester with a cap on the stock, alongside cards, checkered patterns, and suits of playing cards.

The Desert Eagle Judgement was uploaded to the Workshop nearly eight years ago, back when the game lacked high-quality Deagle skins. Many anticipated its addition, but it hasn’t happened yet. This luxurious skin features a deep black base with a stunning portrait of a trumpeting angel, making it just as relevant today.

Valve doesn’t select knife skins from the Workshop, but we couldn’t ignore the Karambit Wheel of Fortune. It looks like the child of the Doppler Ruby knife and the AWP Dragon Lore—and it’s stunning! This knife was added to the Workshop back in CS:GO days, and under Source 2 brighter lighting, it would shine even more brilliantly.

With their vibrant colors, intricate patterns, and hidden messages tied to Tarot lore, these skins are more than just cosmetics—they’re masterpieces. Surprisingly, many of these skins are reasonably priced. For example, an AK-47 The Empress in Field-Tested condition can be snagged for just $40 on the CS.MONEY Market. For such a gorgeous skin, that’s practically a steal.
