Best CS2 skins from the recent Armory update

With the latest major update to Counter-Strike 2, the game received over a hundred new skins across five collections. Ascent, Boreal, and Radiant are featured in the weekly drop, Train 2025 is exclusive to the Armory, and skins from the Fever collection are available by opening an Armory case. Let’s start with the obvious: even if not everyone loves the Printstream design, it’s going to be a huge hit. While it won’t reach Dragon Lore or Gungnir prices, it’ll still be expensive. Among other new AWP skins, AWP Green Energy stands out — the rarest item in the Boreal collection.

Glock-18 Shinobu

• Collection: Fever

Another skin destined for popularity. An anime-style female face and a pleasant color palette — a killer combo. And considering it can be used in crafting the AWP Printstream… The update brought several solid Glock-18 skins: Coral Bloom brings cozy vibes, Green Line is perfect for metro and train lovers, and Glockingbird pairs a unique color scheme with a beautiful bird on the frame.

AK-47 Searing Rage

• Collection: Fever

Searing Rage has that old-school energy. This could’ve been a smash hit back in 2015 — and it still grabs attention today. There’s really nothing else like it among AK skins. We’ll also shout out AK-47 Nouveau Rouge — a clean, two-tone design from the Radiant collection.

MAC-10 Derailment

• Collection: Train 2025

To be honest, the Train 2025 collection didn’t blow us away, but it does have a few gems — and MAC-10 Derailment is the standout. The interesting artwork and story of a train going off the rails catch the eye. For something more nature-themed, there’s MAC-10 Poplar Thicket from the Boreal collection.

UMP-45 Late Night Transit

Simple but super stylish, UMP-45 Late Night Transit will resonate with anyone who’s lived in a big city with a subway. Another notable UMP is the K.O. Factory from the Fever collection — though it’s likely to be overshadowed by its two Classified-tier peers.

M4A1-S Stratosphere

• Collection: Ascent

Space evokes different emotions. While M4A4 Desolate Space shows a cold, deadly, lifeless void, M4A1-S Stratosphere is full of wonder and romance — the kind of dream kids have when they say they want to be astronauts.
