Isu pemotongan gaji ke-13 PNS, PPPK, TNI-Polri, dan pensiunan ini cukup liar di media sosial menyebutkan adanya potensi pemotongan sebesar 25 persen. Kabar ini sontak membuat para PNS, TNI, hingga Polri merasa resah.
Kebijakan efisiensi anggaran sedang dilakukan oleh pemerintah seiring kondisi ekonomi global yang fluktuatif. Perekonomian semakin diperparah dengan lonjakan harga minyak dunia yang memberikan tekanan berat pada belanja negara, khususnya subsidi energi. Pemerintah pun dikabarkan tengah menimbang berbagai opsi untuk menjaga stabilitas fiskal nasional.
Menteri Keuangan, Purbaya Yudhi Sadewa, mengatakan pemerintah masih mengkaji kemungkinan penyesuaian atau efisiensi pada komponen gaji ke-13. Artinya, skema pencairan yang biasanya dinanti jutaan ASN ini masih berpotensi mengalami perubahan.
“Masih dipelajari [efisiensi gaji ke-13 ASN],” ujar Purbaya saat ditemui di Jakarta. Ia menegaskan bahwa belum ada keputusan final, sehingga masyarakat diminta untuk menunggu hasil kajian resmi pemerintah.
